DNA/RNA isolation

DNA is isolated from a biospecimen (frozen cell pellet, flash-frozen (FF) tissue sample, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections, blood, etc.) using commercially available reagents (can be specified by Customer) using standard or custom protocols. DNA purity will be analyzed with a NanoDrop 2000 (A260/280, A260/230, concentration).

RNA is isolated from a biospecimen (frozen cell pellet, flash-frozen (FF) tissue sample, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections, blood, etc.) using commercially available reagents (can be specified by Customer) using standard or custom protocols. RIN score will be determined using Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer.

Protein lysates & ELISA

Protein lysate: total protein is extracted from frozen cell pellet or flash-frozen (FF) tissue using RIPA buffer (or other suitable buffer specified by Customer ), equilibrated to 1mg/ml concentration, and aliquoted 1 ml per vial or as requested by the customer. The lysate is expected to be suitable for Western blotting, Immunoprecipitation, Reverse Phase Protein Arrays (RPPA). Protein lysate samples are stored at -80C and shipped on dry ice.

ELISA, custom: we will test your antibody or screen biomarkers using custom protocol.
