PBMC and BMMC

BMMC viable, cryopreserved: bone marrow aspirate is collected into EDTA BD Vacutainer tubes and BMMCs are isolated using Ficoll-Paque PLUS (Amersham Biosciences) standard procedure or SepMateTM tubes (STEMCELL Technologies). Viability of cells is confirmed using the Countess™ II Automated Cell Counter; BMMCs are then slowly frozen in cell freezing medium (10% DMSO, 90 % FCS). Frozen specimens are stored in LN2 and shipped on dry ice.

Viable PBMC and BMMC specimens could be used for functional studies in Hematology-Oncology (biomarker investigation, target engagement, drug sensitivity studies, ADCC assay). CMS provides full range of services and can support your studies with these samples.

Tumor Cells (DTC)

Fresh tumor tissue will be collected from surgery and dissociated tumor cells (DTC, total cell suspension) will be prepared using enzymatic treatment, according to the protocol established at Cureline, Inc. Viable cells are counted using the Countess™ II Automated Cell Counter and frozen in cell freezing medium (10% DMSO, 90 % FCS). Frozen specimens are stored in LN2 and will be shipped on dry ice.

The DTC specimens could be used for functional studies in Immuno-Oncology (biomarker investigation, target engagement, drug sensitivity studies). CMS provides full range of services and can support your studies with DTC samples.

Lipoaspirate (stem cells)

Fresh lipoaspirate will be collected from donors undergoing liposuction and the adipose-derived stem cells will be isolated according to the protocol established at Cureline, Inc. Viable cells are counted using the Countess™ II Automated Cell Counter and frozen in cell freezing medium (10% DMSO, 90 % FCS). Frozen specimens are stored in LN2 and shipped on dry ice.
